Good morning from Hawaissee, GA! Just sent home a few pounds and repacked our packs for more comfort. The Budget Inn here was great last night. Completely booked up and not a car in the parking lot. All hikers. Well deserved beer and food galore in addition to a few necessities. Leaving at 11, 45 minutes from now. Tempted to try and crank out 9 miles to the North Carolina border. We'll see. Gorgeous day, great temp. Let's get it going!
